설 명절 연휴동안 상품 배송지연이 예상되는 경우, 

각 택배사의 집하일정을 확인하셔서 판매자님의 휴무일 최소 1일 전까지 쿠팡 Wing 배송 달력에 휴무일을 설정해 주시기 바랍니다.   

휴무일을 설정하시면 출고소요기간에 연휴 기간이 반영되어 배송예정일이 자동 조정되며 고객 주문 취소와 판매자점수 하락을 사전에 방지할 수 있습니다. 
 

휴무일 설정에 대한 간단한 가이드 및 유의사항은 아래를 참조해 주시기 바랍니다. 
 

■ 휴무일 설정 방법  

1. WING 우측 상단의 판매자명을 클릭하고 드롭 다운 목록에서 [배송달력 관리]를 선택합니다. 
 

  

2. 배송달력 관리 우측 상단의 [일정 등록] 버튼을 클릭합니다. 
 

3. 팝업창에서 배송휴무여부를 [휴일]로 선택하고, 날짜와 일정명, 사유를 입력한 뒤 [등록] 버튼을 눌러주세요. 
 

◼ 주의사항  

1. 배송 달력에 설정한 휴무일이 시스템 상 배송예정일에 반영되기까지는 1일 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.
    휴무일 당일 날짜에 배송 달력을 업데이트하면 배송예정일에 반영되지 않습니다. 휴무일 최소 1일 전에 배송 달력을 업데이트 부탁드립니다.

2. 각 택배사의 일일 집하 물량 및 마감 일정을 확인하시여 배송 달력을 설정하시기 바랍니다.

3. 택배사 물량 증가로 배송 지연이 발생할 수 있습니다. 수시로 상품의 배송현황을 확인하시길 바랍니다.

4. 휴무일 이전 주문 건은 최대한 연휴 이전에 배송이 완료될 수 있도록 출고 조치해 주시기 바랍니다.

5. 재고 여유 확보 및 출고 가능한 수량에 맞게 재고를 조정하시기 바랍니다.

6. 배송지연이 불가피한 경우, 고객에게 미리 안내해주시길 바랍니다.

7. 휴무일 미설정으로 인해 판매자점수가 하락하는 경우, 추후 예외 적용을 요청하시더라도 반려될 예정입니다.

If you expect any delay with your product delivery due to the Lunar New Year holiday,

please check your courier’s collection schedule and set your holiday on the delivery calendar on Coupang Wing at least one day before the start of your holiday.
 

When you set your holiday on the calendar, it will be reflected in the shipment lead time, and the estimated delivery date will be automatically adjusted.

By setting the holiday, you can help to prevent orders being canceled by customers and the Seller Score going down.
 

Find out how to set the holiday and what to look out for, as shown below.
 

◼ How to set the holiday

1. Go to WING and click on the seller name at the top right. Select [Manage Delivery Calendar] from the drop-down menu.

2. Click on the [Update Schedule] button at the top right of the delivery calendar.

3. In the pop-up window, select [Y] for “Holiday Y/N”, and enter the date, schedule name and reason. Click [Update].
 

◼ NOTE

1. It may take about a day until the holiday you set on the delivery calendar is reflected in the estimated delivery date in the system.
    If you update your holiday calendar on the same day of your holiday, the change will NOT be reflected in the estimated delivery date.
    Make sure to update your delivery calendar at least one day before the start of your holiday.

2. Please check your courier’s daily collection volume and deadline before you set your delivery calendar.

3. Couriers may have increased volumes to handle, which may result in delay. Please check the delivery status of your products regularly.

4. For those orders that were placed prior to your holiday, please try to ship them out so that they are delivered to the customers before the holiday begins.

5. Please ensure that you have sufficient inventory and adjust your inventory in line with the quantity you can ship out.

6. If delivery delays are inevitable, please notify your customers in advance.

7. If your Seller Score drops because you did not set your holiday on the calendar and you request to be excepted later, your request will be rejected.
    Please make sure to confirm your courier’s collection schedule and set your holiday on the delivery calendar ahead of your holiday.

如果预计春节假期期间您的商品配送会延迟，那么请务必查看各物流公司的集货时间，并最晚于休息日前一天在酷澎Wing的配送日历上设置休息日。

设置后，休息日会更新在交付周期中并自动调整预计配送日，从而事先防止顾客取消订单及卖家分数下降。

设置休息日时，请参阅下方的简要指南及注意事项。
 

◼ 如何设置休息日  

1. 点击WING右上方的卖家名， 然后选择下拉列表中的[配送日历管理]。

2. 点击配送日历右上方的[上传日程]。

3. 在弹窗的“是否暂停配送”选项中选择[休息日]，输入日期、日程名、原因后点击[保存]。
 

◼ 注意事项

1. 配送日历上设置的休息日可能需要一天才能更新到预计配送日中。当天设置的休息日无法更新到预计配送日中，所以请最晚于休息日前一天更新配送日历。

2. 设置配送日历时，请确认各物流公司的日集货量及截止日期。

3. 为应对因物流公司包裹量增加导致的配送延迟，请随时查看商品配送情况。

4. 请调整出库安排，尽量确保休息日前的订单在其之前完成配送。

5. 请确保库存充裕，并根据可出库数量合理调整库存。

6. 如果确定配送会延迟，请提前告知顾客。

7. 如果因未设置休息日导致卖家分数下降，日后申请额外设置休息日时也会被拒绝。请务必确认物流公司的集货时间，提前在配送日历上设置休息日。
